How can you get a reward?
It's easy! Open a NEO account with our bank and then log in to your internet banking. Click on a “Referral” banner and share a unique link and a short referral message with your friends. You can use e-mail, WhatsApp, Twitter or SMS.
As soon as the client, to whom you’ve sent a referral, opens a NEO Account and meets the conditions listed below, both of you will receive a reward of CZK 500,
which we will credit to your NEO accounts. You can recommend us to a maximum of 50 new clients and get a reward of up to CZK 25 000.

Conditions for getting a referral reward in three steps:
- A new referred client will open a NEO account by following a link with unique referral code generated for the duration of the campaign
from 1. 4. 2022 to 31. 3. 2023 and apply for a payment card.
- After opening a NEO account, the new client will transfer a sufficient balance to the account to be able to pay by card.
- Upon receipt of the card, the new client will activate it and make the three card payment no later than 2 calendar months following the month of opening the NEO account. Solely the card payment at a merchant’s terminal or on the internet is considered to be the card payment under these Campaign terms, not a withdrawal of cash or an inquiry of the account balance at an ATM.
As soon as the new client meets all the conditions, we will carry out an inspection (as we do every working day by 6 pm) and credit a referral reward to both of your NEO accounts within 2 days at the latest. Please note that in order to get the reward, it is necessary that the referred client has never been in any contractual relationship with Expobank or received a reward for opening an account in the past.
